Purpose/Mission

The Nurturing Nook Inc. was created to provide a small, warm, inviting and safe home-like atmosphere. We offer an educationally enriching and developmentally appropriate environment for your child to grow and develop to his or her potential.

Philosophy

Our Caregivers are responsible for creating an environment that encourages your child to achieve his/her full potential in terms of physical, intellectual and psychological growth. Our Caregivers provide safety and security, stimulation and encouragement, and reasonable expectations and limits. We believe children need both emotional support and structure as they meet each developmental challenge.

• Provide a safe atmosphere for all our children.
• Provide a balance of healthy and nutritious foods; giving your child the opportunity to make good food choices.
• Provide a variety of developmentally appropriate activities geared to individual needs.
• Provide parents with daily communication about their child’s daily activities.

Accreditation

Our Glendale location is accredited by NAEYC. The Generations and River Point locations are in the process of becoming accredited centers.
