Meet Our Director
Hello, my name is Sara, and I am proud to serve as the Center Director at Nurturing Nook Fox Point. I bring 15 years of experience working with children and hold an associate degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in communication. I began working at Nurturing Nook in 2021 after graduating college. Although I briefly moved back to Pennsylvania to be closer to family, I was excited to return to Wisconsin and the Nurturing Nook family. I am passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
One of my favorite parts of working with children is their unlimited imagination. I love seeing the world through their eyes and watching them explore ideas without limits. The Lorax is one of my favorite children’s books because it highlights the importance of standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Julia, who attended Nurturing Nook as her first daycare. This school holds a special place in our hearts, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our families and supporting every child in our care.
